Bodywork
Inner Blue offers a range of mobile massage that will cover relaxation massage, remedial massage, sports massage, foot massage & reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and our specialty pregnancy massage. Our therapists will assess your needs upon consultation and a unique treatment will be designed to suit your needs.
You can choose to have a specific massage or have in combination with any of the other treatments offered. All you will need to is to book in for a selected amount of time you will want your treatment to be done.
What is massage?
Massage itself can benefit in so many levels that only your experience will tell. Relaxation, reduction of muscle tightness, de-stress, revitalization, promotion of body circulation and detoxification. It will magically relief the pain in your muscles, leaving you in a blissful wellbeing state.
Remedial Massage
If you have a particular muscle tension area or chronic pain, this type of massage may be for you. Your therapist will assess where you need treatment and what may be the source of your pain. Specific tests regarding the range of motion of your joints, muscle testing will be performed to try to determine the source of your pain, giving you a treatment tailored to your needs.
It is a combination of techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, gentle joint mobilisation, and even muscle energy technique. The treatment is designed to go slower deeper in specific areas of tension to stimulate the circulation and regeneration of soft tissue. Most of our clients usually start with a relaxation and as they progress they eventually come to experience the healing properties of a remedial treatment.

Relaxation Massage
As Inner Blue takes in its own name, is relaxing, indulge, enjoy. It is our signature treatment where you will experience a gentle full body massage with a choice of essential oil that will melt your muscles away.
Foot Treatment
Kindly referred from our clients as foot heaven treatment. You will be initiated by a footbath ritual, where you will have a foot balm scrub followed by our foot Massage treatment. This treatment is not a full reflexology treatment; however, the therapists will discuss a few reflexology points as the treatment progresses. Your entire body will be relaxed, refreshed, and nourished.
Pregnancy Massage
This is not only one of our top specialties, but also a different massage. Unlike your regular massage, we use a special pregnancy massage oil, a specific massage cushion, with an specific technique to support the challenges that comes with pregnancy.
What is a pregnancy massage cushion?
It's a specific cushion that will allow pregnant to lie on their stomach in a safe and comfortable manner. Clients will receive a brief explanation of what the cushion is and looks like and then be guide to lie on the massage table, yes on your stomach!! We take safety as our priority and if for any reasons, you are not comfortable with the cushion you can lie on your side.
We offer Prenatal and Post Natal massage exclusively designed for the new mums to be. Our therapists are specifically trained for Pregnancy Massage and all our massage oils are 100% safe for you and your baby.
