GENERAL

  • Inner Blue Practitioners will come to your home, corporate office, resort, hotel, holiday apartments, or location you require. Please refer to the coverage area for bookings. Although we do allow enough travel time between bookings, due to Perth’s traffic conditions, congestions and delays might be unavoidable, beyond our control. So, we count with your understanding as heavy traffic, road accidents, and breakdowns might occur.

  • Inner Blue will make every effort to ensure each booking event is completed in its entirety. In the case that this does not happen due to therapist’s illness, other therapists might be able to complete the remaining treatments, if they are available to extend the party, or the incomplete part of the booking will be refunded. We also advise if a therapist cannot attend the booking, we will make every effort to find a replacement therapist.

  • Inner Blue shall not be liable to the client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by any client or the therapist. Any act or omission whether wilful, negligent, reckless, or dishonest that may take place during the event on the part of the therapist or the client will result in immediate termination of the treatment(s) that might be conducted at the time. All our therapists are self-insured and the client acknowledges that Inner Blue charges are set on the basis that it has no such liability.

THERAPISTS

  • Our therapists may reserve the right to refuse treatments to any client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with absolute no refund. IMPORTANT NOTE: In addition Inner Blue is a strictly NON SEXUAL SERVICE and clients who request, mention, or even inadvertently make any comment to any of our therapists, will be treated sexual harassment, and be reported to the authorities.

  • Prior to the commenced of your even or treatment you will be required to fill in and sign a consent form. Therapists are not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent has been given for the respective treatment or allergies were not declared.

  • Rule of 20/20: Therapists reserve the right to charge for any delays caused by the host or guests of your event resulting in a delay of more than 20min from the agreed treatment schedule. The amount for $20 will be charged for every 20min delay and it should be paid by cash directly to the therapists providing the treatments.

  • Update 15th March 2021 - Pandemic update: Due to COVID 19 pandemic our therapist reserve the right to travel far distances for shorter bookings. If that happens in a confirmed booking, clients and events organisers will be notified with as much notice as possible with an alternative to the booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Host of Events

  • You might be asked to provide standard tables and water for the therapist.

  • Please ensure that there is adequate room for the treatments to take place. We will advise what is needed upon booking.

  • The areas for the treatments must be smoke free.

  • All guests must sign consent documentation prior to commencement of their treatments. In addition, guests should not consume more than 2 glasses of alcohol before their treatments. If someone is intoxicated, the therapists reserve the right to refuse to perform their treatments.

  • Ideally your guests should arrive 30min prior to scheduled started time of the event. Our therapists will make every effort to accommodate late client arrival, but Inner Blue have no liability for any loss of treatment time or treatment itself.

  • We do require pets and small children be kept away or as far as possible from all products and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.

  • Please make sure our therapists have priority access to a sink, particularly when changing over clients, so delays don’t occur.

Availability at your desired time cannot be guaranteed due to high demand, however we will make every effort to suit your need.
 

Individual Bookings

Inner Blue does offer single bookings in case you only wish to treat yourself, or even you and your partner. You can also choose to book online via our bookings portal for Individual and Couples treatments found on our booking page.
 

Event, Corporate & Group Bookings

Whether your event is a get together with your family and friends, or if you are celebrating a special moment in your life, or even if you wish to thank your staff for their work, we are here to help. Deposit


Deposit for Corporate Massage & Beauty

We require a $50 deposit for our Corporate Massage & Beauty bookings packages. The remaining amount must be paid at least 24hrs prior to the booking.
 

Deposit For Pamper Packages

  • We require a $100 deposit for events that have 7-12 guests.

  • We require a $150 deposit for events that have up to 15 guests.

  • For events with 15-25 guests we require a $250 deposit.

  • For events for more than 25 -50 guests there is a $300 deposit paid.

  • For events for more than 50 guests there may be progressed payment plans that will be discussed with each client according booking details.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless notice of 7 days or more are given. In that case 50% of your deposit will be refunded. 

The remaining amount for your event must be paid at least 72hr prior to the even.
 

Deposit for Event

  • Payment of event deposit must be received to secure your booking.

  • Paying by Direct Bank Deposit: Please contact us so we can send the invoice details.

Special Note On the day: In case extra treatments, or extra guests are requested on the day for the event, the host will be invoiced and charged on the first business day after the event has taken place.
 

Payments and Charges

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal

  • Payment is required at time of booking. If you select PayPal you will be redirected to finalise your payment. PayPal does not require you to have a PayPal account, so you can use your credit card as its part of our facilities.

  • Fraudulent or unfair chargebacks will result in a $50 fee plus the amount that you attempted to chargeback

  • A small travel fee may apply to certain areas outside Perth Metro area. If unsure please consult with us prior to your booking.

  • In areas with limited parking might require our therapists to use pay parking alternative. You will be charged for the parking fee.

Cancellations


Individual and Inner Blue Couple bookings

  • We understand that plans might change, however you had a therapist specifically allocated to you, so, we require 8hr notice for the cancelation of Single and Couple’s bookings.

  • If less than 8hr notice is given a cancellation fee of $60 will be charged for each treatment booked.

  • No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

Group Events

  • We completely understand that plans might change. However, it takes an enormous amount of effort to organise your event, to have therapist allocated specifically to your party, so we require minimum 7 days notice for a refund of the amount minus deposit and any bank fees.

  • Cancellation made within 3-7 days prior to the booking are eligible for a refund minus the deposit, bank fees, and 50% of the remaining amount you pay.

  • Cancellations for entire group events must be made at least 72 hours notice to be eligible for a refund.

  • We will refund individual cancellations within the group event, that are given 72 hours notice.

  • We will be unable to provide refund for any individual guest cancellations on the day or no-shows.

  • From our side: We will contact you to confirm bookings with the following “confirmation attempt” via email subject 3 times. If clients do not respond to the confirmation email, Inner Blue reserves the right to cancel your booking.

  • Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances. If refund applies, full amount will be refunded minus 2.9% processing fee of the total amount refunded.

Fees

  • All fees are to be pre-paid to Inner Blue unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Fees include: price per guest having a treatment, possible travel fees agreed (if applicable), parking fees (if applicable).

  • Special location bookings, such as hotels, hostels, apartments and Airbnb properties, for either individual, or group bookings have a $20 surcharge per therapist.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided with services already completed.

  • Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances. If refund applies, full amount will be refunded minus 2.9% processing fee of the total amount refunded.

  • Attempts to charge back a service completed will be considered as fraudulent activity and you may be reported to authorities.

  • Please refer to our cancellation policies for details in case of cancellations.

  • COVID19 Refund Policy - Deposits and treatments that have been pre-booked, including pamper parties and corporate events will be refunded given the current situation of Coronavirus status. Full refunds can be done within 24hrs of cancellation notice. However we encourage clients to support the business and either reschedule or credit your funds. Thank you for your support.

Gift Certificates & Specific Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided with already used Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for money

  • Refunds of unused gift certificates are only permitted to the original buyer within 14 days from the day of the purchase. A 10% of the amount of the gift certificate administration fee, and delivery fees will be applied.

  • Exchanges are permitted for valid unused gift certificate. You can exchange the service and for an equal amount/value of any other services

  • Attempt to chargeback a gift certificate without contacting us will be considerate fraudulent activity.

  • No shows on a booked certificate will result in a $60 cancellation fee charged.

  • Gift Certificates are fully transferrable, upon communication with us, and it is the client’s responsibility to keep the gift certificate safe.

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • IMPORTANT: Valid and Expired Gift certificates MUST be notified of cancelation at least 3 days notice. Cancelations done less than 3 days notice will incur on gift certificate being fortieth.

About your Health

Please advise us at the time of the booking if you have any specific medical conditions that our therapist must be aware prior to the booking. Those conditions can be: Heart conditions, cancer, allergies, pregnancy (Massage is suitable after the first trimester & how far are you pregnant), current specific injury or even recent surgery.
 

Terms of Use

  • Inner Blue, innerblue.com.au, and its logo may not be used in connection to any product or service that is not related to Inner Blue, and in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among clients, or in any manner that discredits Inner Blue practitioners.

  • The website or any portion may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or resold for use of any commercial purposes without the expressed permission of Inner Blue.

  • Inner Blue reserves the right to refuse service, terminate an account, cancel bookings or events in its discretion, if we believe a customer is harmful to our interests or the interest of our therapists, other persons or any other entities.

Insurance or Liability

  • Incidents are very rare in our professional industry. However, in case an incident may arise, Inner Blue guarantees your peace of mind in case of an unexpected incident. All therapists are fully qualified, accredited professionals and have liability insurance cover.

  • If you believe you have a sustained injury because of a treatment you received from any of our therapists, please contact us immediately for advice and direction.

  • All insurance claims are investigated by a panel of experts before any compensation is awarded. Fraudulent claims will be reported to the authorities.
